Our office uses digital radiography to take x-ray images.  This allows us to provide sharp, clear images right on the computer screen in real time without making you wait for the x-ray to be processed.  This enables us to answer your questions, explain your diagnosis, and show you the problem without ever leaving your side.  We have the ability to enhance the image, store it on the computer, and share the image with other practitioners that you may need to see.  The most beneficial aspect of the digital radiography is that it exposes you to less radiation than conventional radiographs-usually 70 to 80 percent less.  It also allows us to get rid of all the harsh chemicals needed to develop x-rays so we feel a little bit greener in the process.
