Patient Portal

MyChart is a service that allows our patients the ability to fill out and update paperwork (medical history, dental history HIPAA, consent forms and confidential information) online in the comfort of their own homes.  Through this service we can share online statements allowing the patient the ability to make online payments using their credit card or an ACH payment.  MyChart also allows patients to make dental appointment for themselves or family members.
